This privacy policy applies to the Battimals app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kliffco (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

User account id (a unique number to keep track of your player details such as score, no email or personal information)
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your device
This information is only shared with us when playing online. Users can opt to play Offline.

The Application does not gather any personal information about the user.

Third Party Access
The following only applies to the iOS and Android version of Battimals for users who have not paid to remove adverts.

Advertising Services
Our app uses third-party advertising and monetization services provided by Unity LevelPlay, including networks such as Unity Ads, ironSource, and Google / AdMob. These services may collect, process, and share certain device and usage information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse.

User Controls and Choices

We do not collect this information directly ourselves; it is collected by the third-party advertising services integrated into the app.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please use these steps.
